We are two Seattle area homeschool moms who met when our kids took a chess class together. Now we carpool our boys to Wilderness Awareness School, Parkour and try to get them out to do hikes when the rain subsides. Of course they would prefer to play Nerf and Xbox as much as possible. Aside from homeschooling, we discovered mutual interests in movement, nutrition and learning. We share recipes, workouts, homeschool ideas and of course walking and hiking. It’s fun to have friends to motivate and laugh with you along this journey!
This blog was born out of many conversations while walking. We can have a talk that makes a 10 mile walk seem like nothing. Our hope is to inspire you to make some changes, try something new or just go for a walk with a friend!
