10 Holiday Gift Ideas and a Giveaway!
I love getting gifts that inspire me to get outside, walk, or move more. Sometimes all it takes is a new scarf like a Merino Wool Buff. You can’t have too many Buffs, and my new favorite is this super light, yet warm, wool one. You can wear it so many ways and it fits easily into your pack on a hike. I feel it covers my ears better than a hat, and when I get hot, I can slip it around my neck. Get one!
Of course, I also love the Seattle Sombrero and wear it all the time on my rainy walks. It’s really nice to have a hat on in the rain vs. a hood because you can hear better, and feel more connected to the outdoors. You don’t know how much you need a rain hat, until you have one, and it’s perfect for men and women.
Have you heard of Luci Lights? These inflatable solar lights are so cool and loved by everyone. Maybe it won’t be used until spring, but it’s a perfect gift to give your friend, kiddo or spouse who likes to get outside. Heck, some people do use them indoors! My kids will see these on Christmas morning, and I’m sure they will want to take them to bed that night.
A perfect stocking stuffer that won’t break the bank at less than $9, is this wooden foot massager. I use mine almost everyday. It’s perfect to sit under a desk. Everyone who uses it in my studio says “Ahhhh”.
I’ve given lots of these Foot Alignment Socks away as gifts. They are a simple way to add mobility to your feet and can take away pain and stress. They are my go to after a long walk, and I like to put this moisturizing Baby Balm on my heels before putting on the socks at night. It’s a large tube compared to what I was using before, and has shea butter and jojoba oil, but no parabens or artificial fragrance.
This Luxurious Lip Conditioner from Beautycounter is made with safe ingredients, and you don’t have to worry about ingesting artificial color or phthalates. It comes in both Peppermint and Calendula, or you can get both and save. The calendula is my favorite for everyday use. Great for skiers and hikers!
Do you have someone on your list who loves chocolate but is staying away from sugar? Have you heard of Crio Bru? This is a chocolate that you brew like coffee in a french press. It does not have caffeine, so I will often drink it at night for dessert with cream and stevia. SO GOOD! It also has magnesium and no calories.
My favorite wool socks are Darn Tough. They seem to last longer than other brands. My whole family has a pair.
Giveaway! I’m giving away a free pair of Foot Alignment Socks. To enter, comment on my Facebook post and tag 1 friend who does not like my page already. I will draw the winner December 15th.
